This has been a really full week so far, and the weekend is just starting. Earlier this week we lost Ed McMahon, protesters saw bloody crackdowns in Iran, and the NBA Draft was the biggest sports story.

Now as I get down off my soap box I think it’s a good time to mention that the College World Series is going on in Omaha, Nebraska! So why am I excited? It’s not because I give a crap about who wins the College World Series, it’s because it means that baseball fans will be treated to TWO WEEKS of Erin Andrews at the College World Series!!

Kevin Love has outed his former coach, Kevin McHale. Love tweeted, “Today is a sad day … Kevin McHale will NOT be back as head coach this season.”

A whopping 11 kids have made it to Thursday night’s finals of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. I don’t know which is more shocking; the fact that 11 kids made the finals or that Spelling is actually considered a sport! Still I’d like to wish good luck to all of the kids, except for the home schooled kids because they’re just f-ing creepy.
