Governator Helps USA Bid to Host The World Cup

California Governator Arnold Schwarznegger has joined the board of directors for the USA Bid Committee to host the FIFA World Cup in 2018 or 2022. In case it’s been a while, or you’re American enough to not follow soccer, we last hosted in 1994. Of course the Governator has the interests of his home state in mind: the bid includes 6 stadiums in California, the most of any state.

2018 seems like a long time from now but we wish them luck and good planning. By that time, the World Cup should coincide with the release of Terminator 12 or 13, assuming the US hasn’t sold Cali to Mexico to pay off it’s debt.

Mr Zinedine Zidane.
